NetSuite Support Assistant Update
This notice is intended for the early adopters of the NetSuite Support Assistant SuiteApp.
The NetSuite Customer Support chatbot service has been updated to handle even more of our customers’ most frequently asked questions. Complementing our current NetSuite SuiteSupport offering, this service brings an additional way to get support that will provide:
- Faster automated responses to your questions directly from within your NetSuite UI.
- Better access to multiple support knowledge repositories.
We encourage your employees to make use of this tool by adding the portlet to their dashboards:
- Click the Personalize Dashboard link in the Settings portlet or the Personalize link in the top right corner of the page. The Personalize Dashboard palette opens at the top of the page.
