End of Support Notification: Obsolete TLS Profiles in Use in Your Account

This notification is to make you aware that RESTlet and SuiteTalk web services requests in your NetSuite account may be using cipher suites that are considered obsolete. These cipher suites are no longer considered secure. In addition, this notification is to inform you of the deployment of Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) certificates on RESTlet and SuiteTalk account-specific domains. The discovery domains for RESTlet and SuiteTalk already use ECC certificates.

What is Changing?

You must update your clients to support ECC certificates and to use more secure cipher suites before February 10, 2021. RESTlet and SuiteTalk web services domains are using ECC certificates with key size of 256 bits (P-256 curve).
