Endicia/USPS Registration Changes with NetSuite 2020.2

This notification is to inform you that, after the November 12, 2020 e-fix, new Endicia/USPS accounts no longer require a separate pass phrase and web password. This change affects customers who use NetSuite Standard Integration with USPS.

What is Changing

New Endicia accounts no longer require separate pass phrases and web passwords. New Endicia accounts can contain alphanumeric characters in the username and account number fields. These changes are reflected in the NetSuite 2020.2 user interface. Existing accounts will continue to function as usual.

Recommended Actions

If you are having issues, you may need to re-register your USPS/Endicia account but will not need to enter the Endicia web password.
