Where can I find the Email sent status for nlmailer@notification.netsuite.com sent to our Customers?
I use the Undelivered Email listing and Sent email listing in multiple ways to monitor and manage our emails.
Our Customers use the Customer Center and when the attempt to log in then resort to clicking the Forgot my Password link, they claim they are not receiving the reset email link, email.
It appears that emails from nlmailer@notification.netsuite.com are not included in either of these.
Does anyone know how to see the Sent Status on password reset emails sent to our customers?
I have already looked at these.
