Planned Outage to Australia Post Shipping and Tracking Services

Please be advised that Australia Post tracking services will undergo approximately thirty and forty-five minutes planned outages. The planned outages are scheduled on Friday, 6 November 2020, from 11:00 pm AEDT to 11:30 pm AEDT and on Saturday, 7 November 2020, from 11:00 pm AEDT to 11:45 pm AEDT.

During the outages, Australia Post tracking services will be unavailable. If you try connecting to tracking services, you will receive a connection error message. The outages were planned to undertake routine maintenance.

To get the latest updates about the planned outages, you can check Australia Post’s Shipping & Tracking APIs status page, https://status.developers.auspost.com.au.
