Unsuccessful Upgrade: Bank Feeds SuiteApp Version 20.2.4

The upgrade of the NetSuite Bank Feeds SuiteApp to version 20.2.4 failed in some accounts.

This upgrade failed because you renamed the Bank Feeds financial institution record in your account. This record is automatically provisioned when you originally installed the Bank Feeds SuiteApp.

Required Action

For the upgrade to Bank Feeds SuiteApp version 20.2.4 to succeed, you must rename the provisioned financial institution record to its original name of Bank Feeds before December 9, 2020.

To rename the financial institution record:

  1. Go to Setup > Accounting > Financial Institutions > List.
  2. Search for the SuiteApp’s provisioned financial institution record. To identify which financial institution was originally labeled as
