Reminder: Pre-upgrade Maintenance for NetSuite Release 2021.1 (Production and Sandbox)

All customers will have received communications regarding a planned maintenance downtime scheduled for your NetSuite production account to prepare for the new features for NetSuite Release 2021.1.

Note: If you have submitted a request to Customer Support to change the maintenance time, disregard this notification.

If you have sandbox account(s), the maintenance downtime for your sandbox account will be scheduled between January 10 - 12, 2021.

We are reserving 30 minutes for this maintenance. Please note that the downtime may extend beyond the scheduled time if unforeseen complications arise during the maintenance process. All practical measures have been taken to prevent this, but the possibility does exist. During the maintenance, you will be unable to access online forms, web sites and web stores.
