WSDL Version 2014.1 to be Retired

Oracle NetSuite provides product support for SOAP web services endpoints and associated WSDL's in the current product release, plus the previous 5 versions or 6 in total. Eight additional endpoint versions from the previous four years are also available, however are provided without any product support. When your account is upgraded this year to version 2021.1, older endpoint version 2014.1 will be retired.

We have identified some accounts currently using one of these endpoints that are scheduled to be disabled. To ensure that your web service-based integrations continue to work, you must upgrade to a later endpoint before your account is upgraded to NetSuite Release 2021.1. As a general recommendation, any customers who are using an unsupported version are advised to upgrade to the latest WSDL version.
