Advance notice - End of Support for Microsoft Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge (EdgeHTML)

As part of 2021.2 release, NetSuite application will no longer support and may likely be incompatible with below listed browsers:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (IE11)
  • Microsoft Edge (Edge HTML)
  • All Safari browser versions prior to 13.1

IMPORTANT: If you are currently using IE11 or any of above listed browsers, please plan to switch to another supported browser prior to 2021.2 release. See list of supported browsers

After 2021.2 release, the changes may affect NetSuite login and 2 Factor Authentication pages, and users may likely experience loss of functionality in some pages in these browsers. NetSuite will no longer address defects or issues related to these browser. We strongly recommend switching to a supported browser.
