Changes to Quality Management Roles and Data Migration

This notification is to inform you of two upcoming changes to the Quality Management SuiteApp. With the release of NetSuite 2021.1, quality roles will be updated to ensure that users have a consistent quality tablet experience. Changes are being made to the quality management data structure to support the new Certificate of Analysis feature.

What Is Changing?

Previously, the quality management tablet interface opened in write mode for the Administrator and Quality roles. The quality management tablet interface will now open in write mode only when the user logs in with any quality role available in the standard SuiteApp. This means that the Administrator role will not have write access to the tablet.
