New Order Management Navigation

This notification is to inform you of an upcoming change to navigation in NetSuite.

The release of NetSuite 2021.1 adds the Sales Channel Allocation feature and its related enhancements to the Supply Allocation feature. This change improves navigation to help you locate preferences in the new Order Management category in the User Interface. The new category will provide navigation to work with Order Reservations for Sales Channels or to manage Supply Allocation Exceptions. The Order Management category acts as a single point of reference when your task is Manually Allocating Supply to Orders or Fulfilling Orders.

What is Changing?

Currently, Order Management in the NetSuite Classic Center is available from Sales and Inventory sections in the Transactions tab. The classic center is the default NetSuite view for Administrator and Payroll Setup roles. As of NetSuite 2021.1, this functionality will be moved to a new Order Management section by going to Transactions > Order Management.
