Changes to Manufacturing Mobile Role - Imported Process Mapping

This notification is to inform you of the upcoming changes to the Manufacturing (Mfg.) Mobile SuiteApp. With the release of NetSuite 2021.1, existing customers need to perform a manual role mapping procedure.

Changes are being made as part of a fix to an issue regarding inconsistent cloning. This manual procedure must be performed before the latest bundle is installed on existing customer accounts.

New customers do not need to perform the role mapping procedure.

What is Changing?

Previously, only administrators could access NetSuite cloned processes. After performing the role mapping procedure and installing NetSuite 2021.1 bundle release, the Mfg. Mobile Production Manager and Mfg. Mobile Production Operator roles can access a cloned process.
