Migration of SCIS APM SuiteApp Data
This notice is intended for customers with the SuiteCommerce InStore Application Performance Management (SCIS APM) SuiteApp (Bundle ID: 267306) installed in your account. Oracle NetSuite will be migrating the SCIS APM SuiteApp data to servers in data centers built on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Migration Schedule
The migration of SCIS APM data will happen in phases. Data migration is targeted to begin on February 15, 2021 for sandbox accounts and May 1, 2021 for production accounts.
What Is Changing?
Expect the following changes related to the migration:
- SuiteApp Downtime – The expected downtime for the data migration is up to one hour.
- Available Data – The SCIS APM SuiteApp will display only the data collected after the migration. Data for the 30 days before the migration date will not be available in your NetSuite account. If you need access to the data collected prior to the migration, please contact NetSuite Customer Support.
