Bank Feeds SuiteApp: End of Support for J.P. Morgan Access
This notice is intended for customers who are using the NetSuite Bank Feeds SuiteApp. Effective immediately, new and existing bank feeds connections to J.P. Morgan Access financial institution will no longer be available in NetSuite.
What is Changing?
Due to technical limitations, connections to the J.P. Morgan Access site will no longer be available for bank feeds integration services in NetSuite.
Effective immediately, all existing bank feeds connections to J.P. Morgan Access will result in a bank data import error. You will no longer receive daily automatic bank updates in NetSuite from J.P. Morgan Access.
As an alternative solution, you can manually import your bank data from your J.P. Morgan Access financial institution. For more information, see help topic
