Incorrect Exchange Rates for Saudi Riyal Currency Pairs

This notice is intended for customers who have enabled the Currency Exchange Rate feature in your NetSuite account, and you have configured your account to receive exchange rates from Refinitiv, one of our data providers.

Due to an issue with Refinitiv starting July 23, 2020, your NetSuite account received incorrect exchange rates for all currency pairs including Saudi Riyal (SAR). This issue is still ongoing.

We still suggest checking your transactions, consolidated exchange rates (if applicable), and any other processes you have in place that use and rely on these exchange rates beginning from July 23, 2020, to ensure their accuracy.

We will reach back out to you when Refinitiv has solved the issue. In the meantime, as a workaround, you can choose to manually update your SAR exchange rates each day. See the help topic
