Test Window for Obsolete CBC Cipher Suites Used by Inbound Email
This is to notify you of the plans to end support for CBC cipher suites for secure communication with NetSuite. Secure (https://) communication with NetSuite is subject to the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol. The CBC cipher suites are no longer considered secure. You should be using higher-level cipher suites that are available in TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3.
If you have a sandbox account, be aware that on May 17, 2021, we are ending support for CBC cipher suites for secure communication with NetSuite sandbox accounts for all services. This means you may need to update your outbound email servers, browsers, and integration clients that connect to your sandbox account. After
