Changes in Silicon Valley Bank Connections for Bank Feeds in NetSuite

This notice is intended for customers who are using the NetSuite Bank Feeds SuiteApp. The Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) updated their list of supported financial institutions for NetSuite bank feeds integration.

What is Changing?

Starting May 15, 2021, the following SVB financial institutions will no longer be supported for U.S. and Canada bank feeds integration in NetSuite:

Effective immediately, existing connections to your SVB financial institutions will require frequent reauthentication. To receive daily bank updates from your SVB accounts, you are required to update your MFA tokens more often.

Starting May 15, 2021, the following changes to SVB financial institution connections will occur:
