OpenAir | April 2022 Redesigned User Experience Rollout

OpenAir will enable the redesigned user experience for all accounts in the April 2022 release. In order to prepare for a smooth transfer to the new user experience, please follow these recommendations:

  1. Read the OpenAir Redesigned User Experience Guide for a detailed description of changes
  2. Test the Redesigned OpenAir User Experience in your Sandbox account if available
  3. Report any issues to OpenAir Support as soon as they are discovered
  4. If possible, have Support enable the Redesigned OpenAir User Experience on your production account before the April 2022 mandatory rollout.

To facilitate testing prior to the rollout in April 2022, OpenAir will extend the availability of Release Preview accounts for several months after the 2021.2 release planned for October, with the redesigned user experience enabled after the October release is live. More details about using Release Preview for this testing will be provided in our next communication regarding this rollout.
