Ending Support for Data Center-Specific Email Domains

This is to notify you of the plans to end support for data center-specific email domains in your NetSuite account. If you are currently using data center-specific URLs in your NetSuite production account for Email Case Capture or the Email Capture Plug-in, you must begin using your account-specific email domains before August 18, 2021.

If you have a sandbox account, be aware that on June 21, 2021, we are ending support for data center-specific email domains in NetSuite sandbox accounts. This means you may need to update the Email Capture and Email Capture Plug-in email domains when sending email to your sandbox account.
