Resolved - Incorrect Exchange Rates for Saudi Riyal Currency Pairs

This is a follow up message to the "Incorrect Exchange Rates for Saudi Riyal Currency Pairs" communication you received on April 14th, 2021.

Due to an issue with Refinitiv starting July 23rd, 2020, your NetSuite account received incorrect exchange rates for all currency pairs including Saudi Riyal (SAR). This issue is no longer ongoing. We suggest checking your transactions, consolidated exchange rates (if applicable), and any other processes you have in place that use and rely on these exchange rates between July 23, 2020 - June 1, 2021, to ensure their accuracy.

If you find any inaccuracies and would like to correct the exchange rates, please contact NetSuite Customer Support.
