Rescheduled Test Window for Obsolete CBC Cipher Suites Used by Inbound Email

This notification is a reminder of the plans to remove support for CBC cipher suites for secure communication with all NetSuite accounts. Secure (https://) communication with NetSuite is subject to the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol. See Supported TLS Protocol and Cipher Suites, SuiteAnswers ID 84138, for more information about supported cipher suites and those cipher suites that are considered obsolete.

What is Changing?

On July 15, 2021, we will remove support for obsolete CBC cipher suites for secure communication with NetSuite production accounts for all services. To help you discover potential failures to NetSuite in production accounts, we have scheduled a test window for inbound email on
