Reconnect Your Bank Feeds Connections for Accounts in Other Countries
This notice is intended for customers who are using the Bank Feeds SuiteApp to connect your financial institutions in Asia and ANZ to NetSuite.
What is Changing?
Bank Feeds version 21.1.6 includes a fix that automatically requests for bank data updates to your financial institutions. Upgrade to this version starts on June 15, 2021.
After your account is upgraded to version 21.1.6, you must either rebuild your financial institution connection to NetSuite or update the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) token for your bank. You must do this to receive daily updates from the bank.
Required Action
To continue receiving daily Bank Feeds updates from banks in Asia and ANZ, you must rebuild your financial institution connection or update the MFA token for your bank.
