Pre-upgrade Maintenance for NetSuite Release 2021.2 (Production and Sandbox)

Please note that some customers will receive an email campaign and In Account Notification which has a date and time for the maintenance in Pacific time.  We have a planned maintenance downtime scheduled for your NetSuite production account to prepare for the new features for NetSuite Release 2021.2.

We are reserving 1 hour for this maintenance. However, we expect the maintenance to be completed within an hour or less for most of our customers. All practical measures have been taken to prevent this, but the possibility does exist. During the maintenance, you will be unable to access online forms, web sites and web stores.
