Solupay Script Error
All of a sudden when we try to process a credit card refund we get the following error message;
Account: xxxxxxxx
Bundle Name: Solupay SuitePayment
Environment: Production
Date & Time: 07/13/2021 08:14 am
Execution Time: 0.00s
Script Usage: 0
Script: Solupay SuitePayment
Type: Payment Processing Plug-in
Function: pluginExecutionEntryPoint_credit
Error: SSS_METHOD_NOT_IMPLEMENTED
Method credit of plug-in PluggablePaymentGateway not implemented.
I noticed that our Solupay bundle shows an update is available, but of course ots a managed bundle so I cant update it. My hunch is thats the problem.
Any ideas out there? Or should I report to support?
