Autogenerating Numbers for Subsidiary Entities
Hi There
I am currently dealing with the merger of Company N with Company A so they are both part of the same Netsuite instance.
Company N has an autogenerated customer number convention of 'ACCT' and a number. e.g. ACCT24394
Company A has an autogenerated customer number format of just numbers .e.g. 35456
The multisubsidiary customer feature is not enabled in the target account
Is there a way for autogenerated numbering to use different prefixes depending on the subsidiary of the customer?
I can't see any options in the settings. Has anyone managed to come up with a script (if that's even possible?)
