Your Currency Exchange Rate Provider Has Changed

This notice is to let you know that NetSuite has changed the rate provider for the Currency Exchange Rate Integration feature in your account.

What Has Changed?

On September 30, 2021, your NetSuite account remained configured to receive currency exchange rates from Refinitiv. Until October 1, 2021, Refinitiv had been an exchange rate provider for the Currency Exchange Rate Integration feature in NetSuite. After your production account received exchange rates on September 30, 2021, NetSuite changed your rate provider.

  • If you upgraded to 2021.2 before October 1, 2021, we changed your provider to HSBC.
  • If you are upgrading to 2021.2 after October 1, 2021, we changed your provider to Xignite.

Regardless of which rate provider NetSuite moved you to, you are free to change your provider at any time. Refinitiv is no longer an option.
