New NetSuite 2021.2 SuitePeople U.S. Payroll Features
This notice is intended for customer who are using NetSuite SuitePeople U.S. Payroll. In NetSuite 2021.2, SuitePeople U.S. Payroll will introduce two new features:
- 401(k) Plan Setup
- Custom Elective Deferral Limits and Automatic Catch-Up Calculation
These features will be available when your account is upgraded to 2021.2.
Why is this Changing?
These new features will make it easier to calculate employee contributions and employer matching by eliminating recurring manual steps.
What is Changing?
401(k) Plan Setup
Payroll Managers can use this feature to:
- Define a 401(k) plan based on an employee’s gross income or a group of eligible earnings.
