Community Care and Share: Why You Need to Limit Concurrency for each Integration
You can limit the concurrency for each integration by following the steps:
- Navigate to Setup -> Integration -> Manage Integrations.
- Click the Integration you wish to edit the concurrency.
- Click Edit and change the Concurrency Limit to the desired value. Maximum concurrency limit is based from the available Unallocated Concurrency Limit minus 1.
- Click Save.
Managing the integration to limit the concurrent request can help improve to lower the chance of other integrations to encounter an error related to concurrency violation.
This method is efficient specially if the user don't have full control on the integration that sends high number of concurrent request to their account.
