NSC | Create Saved Search to Show Dates when a Workflow is Modified
When creating a Saved Search to show dates when a workflow is modified, Saved Search report for Workflows is showing that certain Workflows were modified, but the actual Workflow does not show any such logs.
This has been logged on the Issue: 546959 Workflow Search > Date Modified does not Reflect Actual Date Modified. There is an alternate solution for this one.
1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
2. Click Workflow
3. Search Title: Enter Label
Example: Custom Workflow Modified w/ Date Created and Set By
4. Click Results
5. Click Columns
6. Field:
Note: For every required field use the drop-down menu to select it and once adjusted click Add if needed.
