NSC | Open Purchase Orders Report > Closed Purchase Orders Still Showing
Some are confused as there are instances wherein on the Open Purchase Orders Report, there are still Purchase Orders in Closed status. Here's the cause of the reported behavior.
Note that on the said Report, the On or Before Date filter recognizes the Date of the Purchase Orders and the Status that will show is their current status. Hence, if the Purchase Order is not yet closed at the Date set, it will still show on the Report; however, its Status will display Closed as it is its current status.
The closed Purchase Orders will be excluded on the Report
