NetSuite Admin Tip: Unable to see the entire folder lists in File Cabinet's Move To field
The ability to display all folders in the Move to list is currently being requested under Enhancement #197684 Documents > File > File Cabinet > Move Files > Mark folder > Click the Dropdown lists in the Move To field : Unable to see the entire folder lists.
Below are the alternate solutions for the limitation:
Move Files/Folders individually.
I. To move the entire Folder:
- Navigate to Documents > Files > File Cabinet
- Edit the Folder
- Under Sub-Folder of, select the destination Folder
- Save
II. To move specific Files:
- Navigate to Documents > Files > File Cabinet
- Open the Folder where the File is located
- Edit the File, under Folder
