NSC | View Purchase Orders Created by Other Employees Using Custom Employee Center Role

Scenario:

Users with Custom Employee Center Role are unable to view Purchase Orders created by other employees even if the Purchase Order permission access level is set to Full in the role.

Solution:

The ability to allow users access to Purchase Orders other than those they have created is currently logged under Enhancement #193387.

As a workaround, create a custom role using the A/P Clerk Standard Role (Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles) and set the Employee Restrictions to "own and subordinates only" and enable the Allow Viewing checkbox. The employee will then be able to view but not change or delete purchase orders created by other employees.
