NSC | Customer Saved Search > Display Customer's Preference on Sending their Transactions
Some users want to create a list of their Customers and display customer's preference on sending their transactions. You can create a Saved Search to to this, here's how:
- Go to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
- Click Customer
- Rename the Saved Search
- On the Results tab, under Columns subtab, add the following fields:
- Name | Summary Type = Group
- Email Transactions | Summary Type = Group
- Print Transactions | Summary Type = Group
- Fax Transactions | Summary Type = Group
- Click Save & Run
If the Email Transactions value is Yes, it means that the Customer send transactions via Email preference is checked, otherwise No. Same setup applies to
