NSC | Invoice > Paid In Full > Add Shipping Cost
If the Invoice is already Paid In Full, it is not suggested to edit the Invoice to add the shipping fee.
Here's an alternate solution you can review:
Create an Expense Item: Other Charge for you to use in the Items tab.
A. Create an Other Charge Item
- Navigate to Lists > Accounting > Items > New
- Click on Other Charge > For Sale link
- Enter an Item name (Sample: Other Charge - Shipping)
- Click Save
B. Create an Invoice
- Navigate to Transactions > Sales > Create Invoices
- Select the Customer
- Under Items tab, select the newly created Other Charge Item
- Input the correct shipping amount
