NSC | Saved Search > Transactions of Non-Taxable Customers
Here's a sample Transaction Saved Search that will pull up sales transactions of your Non-Taxable Customers. This Saved Search will also identify transactions that have 0 tax and the total amount is not 0.
- Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
- Select Transaction
- Rename the Saved Search
- Under the Criteria tab, add the following filters:
- Type = is any of Cash Sale, Invoice
- Formula (Numeric) = is empty | Formula = {taxtotal}
- Main Line = is true
- Status = is not Invoice: Voided
- Formula (Text) = is 1 | Formula = case when {customermain.taxitem} = ‘-Not Taxable-‘ then 1 end
- Amount = is not 0.00
- Under the Results tab, add the following fields:
- Name
- Document Number
