NSC | Saved Search > Transactions of Non-Taxable Customers

Here's a sample Transaction Saved Search that will pull up sales transactions of your Non-Taxable Customers. This Saved Search will also identify transactions that have 0 tax and the total amount is not 0.

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
2. Select Transaction
3. Rename the Saved Search
4. Under the Criteria tab, add the following filters:
   1. Type = is any of Cash Sale, Invoice
   2. Formula (Numeric) = is empty | Formula = {taxtotal}
   3. Main Line = is true
   4. Status = is not Invoice: Voided
   5. Formula (Text) = is 1 | Formula = case when {customermain.taxitem} = ‘-Not Taxable-‘ then 1 end
   6. Amount = is not 0.00
5. Under the Results tab, add the following fields:
   1. Name
   2. Document Number
