NSC | Saved Search > AR Report Audit Trail
Here's a sample Saved Search you can create to identify changes made on your AR Report.
- Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
- Select Analytics Audit Trail
- Rename the Saved Search
- Under the Criteria tab, add the following filter:
- Report Fields... > Report Filter = Report Type > contains A/R Aging Summary (Report Type of the AR Report you have)
- Note: The filter can be changed to Report Title as well.
- Under Results tab, add the following fields:
- Record Title
- Record Owner
- Record Action
- Date
- Set By
- Record Type
- Component Action
- Component Name
- Note: Add other fields as necessary.
- Click Save & Run
