NSC | Saved Search > AR Report Audit Trail

Here's a sample Saved Search you can create to identify changes made on your AR Report.

  1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
  2. Select Analytics Audit Trail
  3. Rename the Saved Search
  4. Under the Criteria tab, add the following filter:
    1. Report Fields... > Report Filter = Report Type > contains A/R Aging Summary (Report Type of the AR Report you have)
    2. Note: The filter can be changed to Report Title as well.
  5. Under Results tab, add the following fields:
    1. Record Title 
    2. Record Owner
    3. Record Action 
    4. Date
    5. Set By
    6. Record Type 
    7. Component Action
    8. Component Name
    9. Note: Add other fields as necessary.
  6. Click Save & Run
