NSC | Saved Search > Non-Taxable Customers' Last Transaction
Here's a sample Customer Saved Search that will display the last transaction of Customers which Tax Item is -Not Taxable-.
- Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
- Select Customer
- Rename the Saved Search
- Under the Criteria tab, add the following filters:
- Formula (Text) | Formula = {taxitem} | Description = is -Not Taxable-
- Transaction Fields… > Type = is any of Cash Sale, Credit Memo, Invoice, Sales Order
- Transaction Fields… > Main Line = is true
- Under the Results tab, add the following fields:
- Name | Summary Type = Group
- Tax Item | Summary Type = Group
- Transaction Fields… > Document Number | Summary Type = Maximum | When Ordered by Field = Transaction Fields… > Date | Summary Label =
