NSC | Custom Role > Customer > Transaction Subtab Missing
When logged in as Administrator, buttons such as 'New Quote', 'New Invoice', and 'New Cash Sale' can be seen; however, these buttons are unavailable when switched to Custom Role.
'Financial History' permission should be provided on the Custom Role to be able to see the Transaction subtab. Here are the steps to be followed:
- Go to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles
- Edit the Custom Role
- Click the Permissions tab > Lists subtab
- Add the Financial History permission
- Set the Access Level to View
- Click Add
- Save
