NSC | Saved Search > Invoices > Email Already Sent
Here's a sample Saved Search to display Invoices that were already sent via email.
- Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
- Select Transaction
- Rename the Saved Search
- Under the Criteria tab, add the following filters:
- Type is Invoice
- Messages : Internal ID is not none
- Main Line is true
- Under the Results tab, add the following:
- Document Number
- Messages : Subject
- Messages : Primary Recipient
- Messages : Author
- Note: Add other fields as necessary.
- Click Save & Run
