NSC | SuiteFlow (Workflow Manager) Reference: Process Workflow Mass Update
This Mass Update operation makes records under a workflow instance process a transition in the current state that normally requires pressing a workflow button to move the record from the current state to the next. So, instead of manually pressing the button for each record, it is done in one go with this operation.
Note: Records that do not have an active instance of the workflow to be processed will be excluded.

Process the Transition from Pending Approval to Approved in the Vendor Bill Approval Workflow.
