NSC | SuiteFlow (Workflow Manager) Reference: Transition Workflow Mass Update

This Mass Update operation makes records under a workflow instance transition or jump to any State in the workflow even outside the defined workflow execution path.

Note: Records that do not have an active instance of the workflow in which transition is needed will be excluded.

This is commonly used in troubleshooting workflows with the following problems:

• The workflow ends up on the wrong state and you need a manual one-time fix.
• The workflow is out of sync with the record on which the workflow is running.
• The workflow gets stuck on a state in a workflow execution path.
