NetSuite Admin Tip: User Access Email Template
Where to customize the User Access Email Template and how to assign it.
In Setup > Company > Email Preferences > Templates tab. You can set a default User Access Email Template in the field.
However, if you are using a OneWorld Account and you have a different email template for each subsidiary.
- Navigate to Setup > Company > Subsidiaries
- Subsidiary record: Click Edit
- Click Preferences
- Change User Access Email Template
- Click Save
You can customize the User Access Email Template by navigating to Setup > Company > System Email Templates.
