System Bulk Processing changing the Subscriptions Revenue End Date
Hi,
We have had instances where a 'Bulk processing' task is updating the Revenue End Date which does not match the end date on the source subscription. As a result, revenue is incorrectly posted and we've had to manually correct revenue and we cannot understand why the system would change the end date which seems to be part of some sort of 'bulk processing'.
On the subscription lines, we have a combination of items where Pro Rate Start and Pro Rate End Dates are checked/not checked, according to NS Support, that when these fields are checked, the End date matches the dates in the Revenue Arrangement. However, we have found lines where even when the fields are checked, the dates do not align with the expected end dates on the subscription.
