How can i turn off this apparently new "feature"?

In a transaction, such as a quote or sales order, there is a new thing that we are just noticing where if you enter a line item then move your mouse over a line item field it pops up a little tab telling you what field you are over.


Not a fan.


Any idea where to turn this off? see screenshot below
