Cannot Remove Shortcut
I added a shortcut to a custom record, using the Shortcuts toolbar icon (the star), and then I couldn't edit it. It didn't even appear in my Shortcuts. To remove the shortcut, try:
- Navigating to setup shortcuts (hover over the three vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner of the Shortcuts Portlet and select Set Up)
- Without making any changes, select Save
- The shortcuts appearing in your Shortcuts Portlet, that you cannot edit, should disappear.
I don't know if this will solve for all problems but I added a shortcut directly from a custom record. I could not edit it because it did not appear in my shortcuts setup menu. I went into setup shortcuts and clicked Save. The shortcuts I added directly from the custom record (the ones I couldn't edit) disappeared and my other shortcuts remained intact.
