How Use Copy to Account for Custom Fields Successfully

Hi Everyone

I tried to deploy one custom field (List Field) from Sandbox to production using "Copy to Account" feature. In Sandbox i got the success msg but in production it shows like this.

Anybody to what is the issue behind this issue ? before this, I did deployed few other custom fields successfully and those were available in Prod.
