NSC | Error Message When Submitting a Customer Online Form Using an HTML Template

The customer is getting the below error message when submitting an Online Customer Form.

By default, online case forms match the style of your NetSuite website. However, with online HTML form templates, you can customize your online forms and match the style of your online forms to your website. In order to use with online forms, you develop HTML templates outside of NetSuite and submit them to your NetSuite File Cabinet.

In this scenario, the customer is using an HTML template, and a field tag caused the error above.
