NSC | Unexpected Error in KPI Scorecard

Both existing and newly created saved searches are getting the same error when loading the KPI Scorecard. This error is consistently affecting both types of saved searches and prevents the KPI Scorecard from successfully loading the data associated with them.


The reason for this error is that the search within the KPI Scorecard is restricted to the user or role. To resolve this, ensure that the user or role has sufficient permissions to access and view the search setup within the KPI Scorecard. By granting the appropriate permissions, the user or role will be able to view and utilize the search effectively in the KPI Scorecard.
