NSC | How to show comparison of Shipping Item Amount and Cost of Shipping Charge?
In cases where users are looking for a report that will give them a comparison or evaluate the difference between how much they are charging for shipping and how much they are paying to ship, they can create a Saved Search that can help them track these Amounts.
Here are the steps to create the Saved Search:
1. Navigate to Lists > Transactions > Search > Saved Searches > New
2. Select Transaction as Search Type
3. Under Criteria Tab > Standard subtab, add the following fields:
- Type = Sales Order
- Status = Sales Order: Billed
- Tax Line = false
- Shipping Line = false
- Main Line = false
4. Under Criteria Tab > Summary subtab, add this field:
