NSC | Lock Record on Intercompany Sales Order
An Intercompany Sales Order is generated from the Intercompany Purchase Order. After generating the Sales Order, this record can be opened in Edit mode. However, it is not desirable for the sales order to be modified. If there is a modification, the Intercompany Sales Order is no longer synchronized with the Intercompany Purchase Order.
In order to disable the Edit mode, follow the following steps below:
1. Navigate to Customization > Workflow > Workflows > New
2. Basic Information:
○ Name: Enter Lock Record Intercompany Sales Order
○ Record Type: Select Transaction
○ Sub Types: Select Sales Order
○ Execute As Admin: Enter Checkmark
○ Release Status: Select Released
○ Initiation: Select Event Based
